Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join our team and help drive the continued evolution of our product suite. You’ll be part of a group building innovative, AI-powered products that aim to transform recruiting as an industry and as a function. This role offers the opportunity to work on products used at scale by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide. It requires solid product management fundamentals, strong collaboration skills, and a user-first mindset. While deep specialization in AI is not required, curiosity and exposure to modern AI capabilities - including generative AI and intelligent automation - will help you succeed as these technologies increasingly shape our roadmap. As a B2B SaaS company, product ownership also includes thinking holistically about enablement, customer communication, and go-to-market readiness. You’ll work closely with product marketing, engineering, design, and commercial teams to help visualize how recruiting workflows are evolving and how our products can lead that change. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, learning quickly, and contributing to products with real market traction and impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with other product managers, engineering, and designers to contribute to a cross-functional roadmap and define feature requirements for AI-enabled and workflow-driven product experiences
  • Partner with your product triad to drive product discovery, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility
  • Help define success metrics and support the team in delivering measurable customer outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to support messaging, positioning, and launch readiness for new features
  • Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and inform product decisions
  • Represent your product area in cross-functional discussions and communicate progress, tradeoffs, and priorities clearly
  • Support delivery of complex initiatives by identifying dependencies (including legal, ethical and privacy implications) and coordinating with partner teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in product management with strong foundational skills (experience in SaaS and/or B2B products is highly desirable)
  • preferably experience with engaging, user-centric digital products
  • Good understanding of UX principles and modern product discovery practices
  • Ability to create prototypes and low fidelity mock-ups (think vibe coding tools) to demonstrate your ideas and gather feedback is highly valuable
  • Ability to interpret user behavior and leverage data and conversion metrics to inform decisions
  • Strong systems thinking, with an ability to anticipate complexity, downstream impacts and potential trade-offs
  • General exposure to or interest in AI-powered products, including generative AI or intelligent automation, with a willingness to learn more
  • Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative attitude and aspiration to be a thoughtful, reliable teammate
What we offer:
  • remote-friendly culture
  • competitive salaries
  • strong internal mobility
  • meaningful growth opportunities
