Job Description

Baker McKenzie’s Tax Practice expertly covers all aspects of tax planning and transactions, dispute resolution (both administrative and litigation), tax policy, transfer pricing, indirect taxes and wealth management tax advice and planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising companies on and assisting in the implementation of complex cross-border transactions
  • Drafting memoranda and opinions on the most current, complex US tax issues

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in international and corporate tax issues
  • Must be able to manage projects and work with colleagues in different practice groups and countries
  • Must enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be required to learn and embrace new, developing areas of tax law with limited formal guidance
  • Top academic credentials are a prerequisite
  • LLM in Taxation will be favorably considered
  • Applicants must be admitted to and a member in good standing of that state’s bar in which office you are applying to
