Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-regarded Mid-Atlantic law firm to identify a mid to senior level attorney attorney for its corporate finance practice, with a focus on secured lending.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on sophisticated secured finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, and mezzanine loans
  • Take on meaningful responsibility and work closely with experienced deal teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of secured finance experience
  • Experience representing lenders, borrowers, or sponsors
  • Working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Admission to the MD, DC, or VA Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
