Job Responsibility:

  • Lead coding efforts using advanced Java technologies (Spring, Spring Boot)
  • Architect and maintain complex microservices structures, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Drive the technical design process, translating intricate business requirements into functional technical specifications
  • Oversee testing strategies and ensure comprehensive technical documentation
  • Optimize the modern development life cycle using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Mentor junior members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

Requirements:

  • Strong Plus: Knowledge or experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools or workflows (e.g., Camunda, Flowable, or similar)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (international environment)
  • Analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills and a collaborative leadership spirit
  • Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development with a focus on Spring / Spring Boot
  • Proven track record in the design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale applications
  • Strong proficiency in SQL databases and data modeling

Nice to have:
