Job Description

Mid/Senior Data Engineer (GCP/ETL/Airflow)

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure on modern cloud platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, analytics, product) to develop end-to-end data pipelines
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost optimization
  • Establish and enforce data quality and governance standards while promoting DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to enable BI, advanced analytics, and machine learning use cases

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Data engineering
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for scheduling/orchestration
  • Experience with ETL/ELT design
  • Experience with Python/Java/Scala
  • Experience with compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience with OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) and OLAP (Online Analytical Processing)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

Nice to have

  • Kafka, Spark Streaming
  • Terraform, Ansible
  • Jenkins, Git
