Job Description:

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to support and coordinate the development team, assisting in planning, organizing, and ensuring the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand projects goals and needs
  • Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Managing projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities
  • Developing and managing a project schedule and work plan
  • Working closely with software development teams and ensuring awareness among the team
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Handling the change requests, new features’ development on the company's existing and new products
  • Preparing status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information

Requirements:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ year of experience in IT project management
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • Strong planning, organizational & risk management skills
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Great punctuality and responsibility skills
