Job Responsibility:
Drive Business Growth: Engage in strategic cold and warm calling to connect with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Lead Generation & Account Farming: Proactively identify new business opportunities while strategically managing and expanding existing high-value client accounts
Portfolio Development: Build and nurture your own client portfolio, uncovering deep-seated opportunities within existing organizational structures
Full-Spectrum Selling: Represent the entire K2 service suite, including Staffing, K2 University (Training), Managed Solutions, and Consulting
Consultative Approach: Identify complex client pain points and propose tailored, high-impact solutions to meet their digital transformation needs
Full Sales Lifecycle: Negotiate high-level contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process with precision
Collaboration: Work flexibly in a full 360° sales capacity or collaborate with our expert resource teams to deliver top-tier staffing requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment or IT Consultancy Sales, specifically focusing on Client-Side Business Development
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
Native Spanish speaker with Fluent English proficiency (additional languages are a strong plus)
Highly comfortable with business-to-business interactions, including sophisticated prospections and relationship-based selling
A genuine enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the evolving IT landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with a hunger for continuous professional growth in a fast-paced environment
