At Shakers, we're on the lookout for a Business Development intern to take our Mid-market Sales team to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with TOP clients, with the chance to shape the next generation way of working. Job Responsibility:

  • Prospect and search for company decision makers through LinkedIn
  • Qualify and follow up: through phone calls, email, or other forms of communication, identify their needs and analyze how we can address them
  • Be able to understand companies' pain points and problems and present the value proposition accordingly, generating curiosity and interest
  • Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and platform registrations, these being your main objectives
  • Reporting, metrics and analytics: Analytical and retrospective capability. Report your weekly activities and main objectives achieved
  • Draw insights and conclusions at the end of the week

Requirements:

  • Have a degree in engineering or management, with a technical background as a plus
  • Really enjoy selling and aspire to build a career in it. You´re ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales
  • You´re familiar with technical sector jargon
  • Are interested and/or knowledgable in the startup ecosystem
  • Have great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives
  • Have a strong conviction and are results-oriented
  • Are proactive & take ownership
  • Have strong persuasion skills. You make things happen!
  • You are a creative person. Every client presents as a new challenge and requires a different approach
