Job Description

Reporting to the Team Lead Mid-Market, you will be part of the Mid-Market team that is focused on developing strategic customer relationships to unlock value for our clients and in turn incremental revenue opportunities for EZRA, as we take them on the journey of scaling coaching across their organization. You will work in partnership with multiple team members across EZRA’s business.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a global territory of listed accounts
  • Lead all sales efforts from qualification to contracting
  • Identify personas at target accounts and create tailored messaging
  • Link EZRA solutions and value to desired outcomes
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how to differentiate EZRA
  • Achieve and exceed sales OKR’s and Goals, including full sales quota
  • Set account strategy and contact mapping for clients and develop understanding of goals
  • Manage renewal and collaborate on expansion sales through delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Lead all sales efforts from identifying new partners and budget holders to qualification and contracting
  • Maintain Salesforce.com to ensure pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Project manage the client onboarding set-up, from contract close to launch date collaborating with important functions that play a role in the implementation process
  • Consult on best practices for end-user adoption
  • Daily relationship contact for our client partners including regular touch points for Annual and Quarterly reviews

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant enterprise sales or CSM experience managing client relationships
  • Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests
  • Relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D space
  • Excellence in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior partners
  • Experience identifying target personas and using creative messaging for prospecting
  • Must be to be ‘in the market’ with clients
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding sales targets
