You will be accountable for driving new business acquisitions, managing forecast/ pipelines and executing through the GTM strategies. The ultimate goal is to fully empower any Mid Market organizations with the essence of Uber.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect/pitch/sell, and scale into Mid-Market segments (employee size 250~2,000)
Deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to our corporate customers
Develop opportunity and pipeline within a defined territory / book of business
Lead and coordinate end-to-end sales motions for corporate customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close deals
Ability to prioritize and locate the key decision makers, and prospect with sales velocity
Work cross-functionally teams to ensure an effective account launch/ meaning close win
Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition to drive linkage and adoption
Requirements:
3+ years of B2B sales and Business Development experience
Proven track record of crafting narratives to drive new business acquisitions
Passionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
English proficiency is a must have

Track record of consistently exceeding the sales quota
Experience of owning the end-to-end sales cycles from cold calling/prospecting to launching
