MaintainX is expanding rapidly across LATAM, and we’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales into companies with up to 5,000 employees. In this role, you'll manage larger deal sizes, more complex stakeholder groups, and deeper discovery processes than in our Emerging Markets segment. You’ll still enjoy a healthy inbound pipeline, but you’ll also be expected to generate outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting and account mapping.
Job Responsibility:
Run full-cycle sales for organizations up to 150 - 5,000 employees across LATAM
Manage medium-complexity deals, often involving Operations, Maintenance, IT, Finance, and regional leadership
Conduct tailored discovery to uncover operational inefficiencies and build strong business cases
Deliver compelling multi-stakeholder demos
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other internal teams to present technical evaluations
Develop strategic account plans for key targets in your territory
Forecast accurately and manage a well-structured pipeline
Build MaintainX brand awareness in LATAM mid-market segments
Requirements:
3–5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience preferred
Demonstrated success in mid-market sales
Strong proficiency in consultative selling, needs analysis, and value-based sales
Excellent command of Spanish
English required
Portuguese is a plus
Skilled at managing multiple buying personas and navigating internal politics
Strong discipline with follow-up, documentation, and forecasting
Emotionally intelligent, relationship-driven, and professional
You love solving complex problems and helping customers transform operations
