Everlaw is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive that demonstrates our company values of attention to detail, setting your own bar, egoless communication, and respect for customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing net new business, from both new customers and current customers, within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) space. Your success will come from opening new accounts and expanding our footprint in existing accounts by demonstrating how Everlaw supports both new and existing eDiscovery and litigation use cases, including complex litigation, internal and regulatory investigations, government inquiries, public records and FOIA responses, data privacy and data breach matters, and other high-stakes discovery workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and close net new business from new and current customers within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) space
Open new accounts and expand footprint in existing accounts
Demonstrate how Everlaw supports eDiscovery and litigation use cases
Gain deeper understanding of Everlaw’s software and customers
Develop product knowledge through Everlaw’s Demo certification
Collaborate with other Account Executives, SDRs and Sales Directors to build pipeline
Lead sophisticated sales cycles from qualification and demo to close
Develop understanding of pipeline and target objectives
Present insights to Sales Directors and VP of Sales
Grow and leverage territory network of Government Attorneys, FOIA officers, Legal and IT Professionals
Gain continuous growth through training
Contribute to team growth and success through process improvement
Achieve quota and bring on new customers
Requirements:
At least 2+ years in a successful quota carrying closing role in SaaS sales
Experience prospecting, running discovery calls and sales presentations, negotiating, and closing net new business
Deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology
Experience selling to State and Local government or selling legal technology/ediscovery
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles
Extremely motivated to achieve goals
Willing to work hard and help colleagues
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and adaptively
Authorized to work in the United States
