Requirements:
2–3 years of ad agency or creative experience
A polished portfolio showcasing standout copywriting and creative concepts, preferably with produced work
Razor sharp written and verbal communication skills
Confidence presenting ideas internally
A self-starting, can-do mindset
Cultural fluency and a desire to make work that resonates with diverse audiences
