Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role blends research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver seamless user journeys that align with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design user-centered experiences from concept through delivery, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions
  • Translate business and product requirements into clear, efficient, and engaging user journeys
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards across projects
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and documentation
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of UX design experience in a digital product environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and problem-solving
  • Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working in agile or product-driven environments
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
