As a UI UX Designer, you deliver exceptional design for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. You balance user needs with business requirements to create leading digital products and services. You are experienced in best practices while understanding when you can break the mold to ideate on groundbreaking experiences. You work with the team to create experience concepts, journey maps, user stories, product roadmaps, and/or an initial set of product features, helping to pave the way for your team. You have a great eye for design and can create visually stunning designs that are modern, engaging, and, most of all, designed for the target audience.

  • Collaborate with senior designers to contribute to design strategy and direction for projects
  • Participate in user research efforts, gathering insights and assisting in synthesizing findings for design decisions
  • Assist in creating user personas, user journeys, and interactive prototypes that support intuitive and engaging experiences
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
