Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can confidently lead cross-functional technology initiatives, bridge business and engineering teams, and drive projects from kickoff through delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical fluency, structured project leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, network, support, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs
  • Facilitate standups, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience managing technical or IT projects
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, or software delivery
  • Experience working closely with engineers, administrators, or developers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project
