Our IT Infrastructure Support Team (as part of our Foundation Division) provides Flix with a wide range of services around the globe. The most important services are fully owned and managed by the team and include the employee device lifecycle based on Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, our Atlassian cloud environment for product and project management, and technical event support. We are the first point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related requests and reliably enable our employees through service desk or on-site support.
Job Responsibility:
Together with your team you own services like Office 365, hardware provisioning, global video conferencing, device and asset management
Proactively look for IT related business improvements and drive innovation in our flix internal infrastrucure systems
Continuously learn from our tech community and improve our internal IT infrastructure
You manage, solve, or dispatch incoming 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support requests in our ticketing system together with your international support team
You train and consult our employees regarding usage of our global IT infrastructure and application platform
Requirements:
Proficiency in supporting Office 365 products especially MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive
Experience in Microsoft Cloud Services (Endpoint Manager, AAD, Autopilot)
Experience or high interest in scripting for task automation (e.g. PowerShell)

Proficient in effective communication, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

Fluent in English
