Job Description

The Software Engineer shall be responsible for identifying ways to create consistent and repeatable capabilities including transforming raw, complex, and often unstructured data into clean, reliable, and high-quality analysis-ready datasets that support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science or related discipline plus three years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline plus five years of experience as a SWE
  • Seven years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

Nice to have

  • Familiar with Apache Airflow
  • Familiar with SQL technologies such as MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
  • Familiar with HPC Job Scheduling tools including Slurm
  • Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
