Job Description:

I have been retained by a well-established, full-service law firm in Westchester County that seeks to hire a litigation associate. The firm offers genuine long-term partnership prospects.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, and real estate litigation
Draft motions, conduct discovery, and appear in court

Requirements:

Approximately 2–6 years of litigation experience
Solid writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Admission to the New York Bar
