Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-level Investor Relations Executive to support our investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and investors-targeted marketing strategies. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for real estate/property management industry. Job Responsibility:

Serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective investors
Manage the investor database system to ensure data accuracy, timely communication, and good relationship
Coordinate capital raising efforts, including investor onboarding, subscription document collection, and compliance
Prepare and distribute investor updates, newsletters, quarterly reports, and financial presentations
Assist in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy for brand visibility targeting potential investors & partners
Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property performance and market positioning
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to inform strategy
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor networking opportunities

Requirements:

Professional English communication skills (B2)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field
Mid-level (2-5 years of experience in investor relations, relationship management, marketing, or related roles (real estate industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders
Experience with content creation and marketing efforts specifically targeting investors is preferred
Well informed and up to date about the market and finance trends is preferred
Knowledge of real estate investment structures and property management operations is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
