Job Description:

We are currently seeking Employment Lawyers to work with some of the world’s largest companies across all industries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, termination, accommodations, leaves, and investigations
  • Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive employee matters
  • Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support
  • Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance (classification, overtime, timekeeping, pay practices)
  • Design and deliver HR/employee training on key employment topics
  • Monitor legal developments and update policies, processes, and trainings accordingly
  • Support commercial and corporate work as needed, including contracts with employment‑related provisions
  • Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in your state of primary residence
  • 5+ years of employment law experience, with a preference for both large law firm and in‑house roles
  • Strong employment counseling background (more employment than traditional labor), including wage and hour experience
  • Experience partnering with HR and delivering employee/manager training
  • Exposure to international employment issues and working with foreign counsel
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
