Job Description:

Our client builds and operates large-scale digital competitions that spotlight emerging talent and engage fans through voting, entertainment, and social impact. Our platform powers dynamic competitions across several categories including music, sports, and entertainment. We are looking for a conversion-focused mid-level graphic designer who can design visually compelling, performance-driven creative including mobile-first websites, paid social media, and our owned social channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design modular, CMS-driven website layouts with clear understanding of reusable block structures (e.g., hero banners, grids, cards, carousels, and galleries)
  • Translate brand guidelines into mobile-first, responsive web designs optimized for conversion and user engagement
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect execution
  • Create design systems for consistent use across multiple competition brands
  • Develop conversion-optimized ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok — both static image and video formats
  • Create thumb-stopping social videos using provided footage, stock video, or animation tools (e.g., Canva, After Effects, or CapCut)
  • Continuously iterate creative based on performance data and A/B test results
  • Maintain strong alignment with each competition’s visual identity and audience
  • Design engaging social posts, stories, and reels to support ongoing campaigns, competition updates, and brand storytelling
  • Support email header and promotional creative design in collaboration with marketing
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints — from landing pages to paid ads to organic content

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital design
  • Strong understanding of conversion-oriented design (not just brand awareness)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), and/or Canva Pro
  • Experience designing for CMS-driven sites (Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMS like Strapi)
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads creative best practices and current trends
  • Understanding of typography, layout, and hierarchy principles for both static and motion design
  • Ability to edit short-form video ads and social clips
