Job Description

You’ve got the talent, the taste, and the instincts—and now you’re looking for a place to flex them. As a mid-level Designer at Punch, you’ll be in the creative trenches, turning ideas into brand magic across digital, web, and everything in between. We’re looking for someone who can take a brief, ask the right questions, and come back with something the client didn’t even know they wanted—but absolutely needed. You’ll jam with strategists, copywriters, and developers. You’ll sketch, ship, revise, finesse, and occasionally fight for that one layout you know is the one. You’ll touch a little bit of everything—logos, websites, campaign assets, pitch decks, digital weirdness—and you’ll help make it all feel unmistakably Punch.

Job Responsibility

  • Create visually compelling brand identities, websites, campaigns, and digital assets for a range of clients
  • Collaborate with strategists, writers, developers, and other designers to bring brands to life
  • Translate creative briefs into impactful design concepts and polished deliverables
  • Contribute to internal brainstorming, moodboarding, and creative exploration sessions
  • Design with digital in mind—UX/UI thinking, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Present your work clearly and confidently to the Punch team
  • Stay current on design trends and share inspiration and insights with the team

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a creative/design role (agency experience a plus)
  • A robust portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and a wide design range
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
  • Experience designing for web, digital campaigns, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
  • Experience in project management tools like Asana also a plus
  • Familiarity with motion or prototyping tools (like After Effects, Principle, or Webflow) is a bonus
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a sharp eye for detail
  • A bias toward action, ownership, and pushing creative boundaries

Nice to have

Familiarity with motion or prototyping tools (like After Effects, Principle, or Webflow) is a bonus

What we offer

  • A creative, open-minded culture that values originality and big ideas
  • Work with clients doing cool, innovative things in their industries
  • Flexible remote work (with optional in-person collaboration days)
  • A passionate team that loves what they do and brings good energy to every project
  • Competitive salary and benefits, plus room to grow
