Mid-Level Corporate Attorney (M&A Focus)

A leading, full-service law firm in downtown Minneapolis is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney (5–7+ years of experience) to join its sophisticated business transactions practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced dealmakers on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions while maintaining meaningful autonomy within a highly collaborative team environment. In this position, you will counsel privately held companies, entrepreneurs, and investment groups on a broad range of business transactions across multiple industries. The team works on deals spanning a wide spectrum in size and complexity, providing experience with both middle-market matters and more intricate, high-value transactions involving multiple stakeholders. You’ll play an active role at every stage of the transaction process—from early planning and due diligence through drafting, negotiation, and closing—while delivering practical, commercially focused guidance to clients.
