Mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate

We have been retained by a well-established, mid-sized law firm in Midtown Manhattan (four days in-office per week) seeking to hire a midlevel commercial real estate associate. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, as well as broad commercial real estate experience. The firm also seeks an attorney who has leadership potential and is eager to grow within the firm, contributing to its long-term success. The expected base salary ranges from $175,000 to $225,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus which can be about $20,000 to $60,000. The hours will likely be about 1,800 annually.
