Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Mid-Level ABL Relationship Manager within the Service Industries Group of Commercial Banking to build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients, analyze business challenges, review client portfolios, manage risk, and collaborate with various teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead or participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges
  • Independently review and analyze moderately complex client portfolios
  • Partner with coverage teams to understand clients' businesses and identify opportunities
  • Perform regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests
  • Independently resolve moderately complex situations while developing understanding of policies and compliance
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on market needs
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to business objectives
  • Serve as a mentor for lower level staff

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of financial statement analysis experience
  • 5+ years of ABL/factoring experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
  • BS/BA in business, finance, economics or related field
  • Ability to travel 25%
