Job Description:

The Mid-Corp Relationship Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for managing client relationships, structuring innovative solutions, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • calls on clients to deepen relationships
  • manages internal departments to address customer service issues
  • introduces solutions to clients
  • works with product specialists to structure customized solutions
  • works with Case Manager on client on-boarding and retention
  • identifies cross-sell opportunities
  • drives innovation in client solutions
  • supports Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals
  • maximizes client experience through market updates and insights
  • assists in research and identification of prospective clients
  • networks to identify new business opportunities
  • prepares transaction submissions and annual reviews
  • protects Citi’s assets and reputation
  • ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process
  • track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
  • demonstrates core credit skills
  • demonstrates an intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
  • demonstrates ability to close deals and proficiently manage the credit origination process
  • demonstrates advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling and statement analysis
  • ability to work effectively in team setting
  • excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • a self-starter with positive/can-do approach
  • high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
  • highly focused, able to rapidly identify key priorities
  • passion for creating new business opportunities with existing clients
  • proactive approach in strengthening business relationships with clients
  • ability to embrace new technology and understand its role in client experience
  • able to quickly adapt priorities based on latest data insights
  • sharp business development focus
  • innovative approaches to meeting clients’ needs
