Job Responsibility:

  • Produce outstanding client-based deliverables and technical solutions for each project
  • Provide proactive and consistent management of staff performance to ensure adherence to budget and quality standards
  • Empower individuals to serve our clients in a professional, productive, and collaborative manner
  • Collaborate with the team regularly to ensure deadlines are met
  • Take initiative for internal firmwide activities and committees
  • Ensure a workplace environment of belonging for all

Requirements:

  • Degree in planning required
  • 7-10 years of professional experience
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and GIS
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment across multiple offices
  • Exhibit a growing level of autonomy in managing multiple projects
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, both internally and externally
  • Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and delegate project needs
