Job Responsibility:

  • Direct migration activities across business intelligence and Microsoft cloud environments, ensuring each project phase is completed on schedule and aligned with technical objectives
  • Evaluate existing systems and contribute to migration roadmaps, solution design, and readiness planning for tenant and infrastructure changes
  • Carry out tenant migration tasks, production cutovers, validation efforts, and retirement of legacy platforms while maintaining operational stability
  • Partner with stakeholders, project leaders, and technical teams to coordinate integrations, testing cycles, deployment planning, and post-release support
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the engagement, and recommend practical mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems related to cloud services, reporting platforms, identity components, and connected systems during migration activities
  • Produce clear project documentation, support change control activities, and contribute to knowledge transfer for ongoing operational support
  • Advise on architecture, cloud best practices, and enterprise migration standards to help ensure reliable and secure implementation outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or large-scale enterprise migration work
  • Demonstrated background delivering complex migration or transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD/Entra ID
  • Experience supporting BI and reporting ecosystems, including Power BI and related analytics or data integration platforms
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, networking fundamentals, and cloud security practices
  • Proven ability to perform testing, validation, deployment coordination, and production support in migration projects
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in regulated industries, consulting engagements, or formal project-based delivery models is preferred
