Job Responsibility

Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS' global Process Management Framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and departments
Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)
Defining performance indicators and goals for processes and projects, aligning these with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives
Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment across teams
Developing and deploying automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query, pivot tables, and VBA/macros) to perform data analysis, create dashboards, and measure process performance
Building Power BI dashboards to track and visualise process performance
