Valtech is seeking a Microsoft Specialist with Power Automate to join our forward-thinking AI team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our internal Microsoft AI and Automation stack. Your focus will be on defining solutions, building intelligent automation flows, and driving innovation using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Power Automate. This is a strategic and partially hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to streamline workflows in our services and operations, to enhance productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions, while the ongoing maintenance and BAU operations will be managed by our global IT team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect, design, and implement automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Power Automate
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution roadmaps
  • Build scalable, secure, and efficient workflows and integrations across internal systems using Microsoft’s low-code/no-code tools
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot projects to validate new AI-driven capabilities
  • Document architecture, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and scalability
  • Stay current with Microsoft’s AI and automation advancements and proactively recommend improvements
  • Support the transition of developed solutions to global IT for ongoing operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or AI Foundry
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and integration patterns within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Expertise in low-code/no-code development and automation architecture
  • Experience designing and implementing business process automation solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, or Syntex
  • Experience with governance and security best practices in Microsoft Power Platform
