Job Description:

As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert-level support, administration, and consultancy across Microsoft SharePoint environments both on-premises (SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019 & Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online. The role combines advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution with the delivery of enhancements and change for our customers. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the consultant will ensure SharePoint solutions are optimised, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and integrated systems
  • perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes
  • Manage and maintain (SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019 & Subscription Edition), including site collections, permissions, content databases, and service applications
  • Configure, monitor, and optimise performance, security, and availability
  • Support migration projects (on-premises to SharePoint Online, tenant-to-tenant, or version upgrades)
  • Develop and support custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies
  • Build and maintain solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including architecture, service applications, and administration
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience working within ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments

Nice to have:

  • 5+ years' experience with Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Experience with migration tooling such as Sharegate, AvePoint Fly, or LinkFixer Advanced
  • Experience with Teams Phone (Voice)
