Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Project Server Administrator to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!

Job Responsibility:

Administer and support Microsoft Project Server/Project Online, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security to ensure reliable access and data protection
Collaborate with PMs and PMO teams to optimize workflows, resource planning, and timesheet usage
Customize and maintain enterprise fields, views, templates, calendars, and reports
Support integrations with SharePoint, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and other related tools
Provide user training, create documentation, and stay updated on new features and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Project Server (2013, 2016, or Project Online)
Experience with SharePoint administration on-premises or online
Strong understanding of EPM (Enterprise Project Management) concepts, PPM processes, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including database maintenance and troubleshooting
English B1+
