Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft on premises infrastructures
  • Support operational needs by defining procedures, enabling monitoring entities, extracting data, and adjusting cloud and infrastructure configurations
  • Monitor, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues across cloud and hybrid infrastructures
  • Install, support, and maintain complex cloud based and on premises systems
  • Configure and manage core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc.) in cloud, hybrid, and on prem environments
  • Design, configure, and manage virtualization and cloud infrastructure architectures
  • Define, implement, manage, and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions, including cloud based Backup and Recovery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Microsoft infrastructure roles, including Cloud and Hybrid environments
  • Solid knowledge of services hosted on Windows Server and Microsoft Azure
  • Infrastructure level expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS / PaaS)
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of networking concepts applied to cloud environments (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server in on prem and/or cloud scenarios
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work on client-facing projects
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Degree or diploma in IT, electronics, or equivalent skills
  • Curiosity and strong interest in new and emerging technologies
  • Additional specialized technical skills beyond core infrastructure topics
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience in the field of Cybersecurity
