Job Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Federal Deal and Contract Assist (DCA), Contract Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting Microsoft's Federal Unified business in its mission of enabling US Federal Government customers to leverage Microsoft technology and services. In this role, the Microsoft Federal Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) Contract Specialist will lead Unified deal and contract processes; including, facilitation of deal setup, contract review and drafting, approvals, and contract execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Services sellers, Delivery and other stakeholders to support Unified quotes, contracts, purchase orders, and contract modifications
  • Lead end-to-end process of creating and managing contracts in Microsoft internal deal management systems, including ensuring deals are set up and correctly submitted to pass pre and post validation criteria
  • Provide expertise on Federal customer-specific deal and contract requirements, and conduct issue resolution
  • Assist with identifying continuous improvements of Unified deal, contracting and workflow processes
  • Must follow defined work instructions with high quality and within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
  • Verification of U.S. citizenship
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
