Job Responsibility:

  • Design, configuration, implementation, as well as management of Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online, with additional focus on productivity and collaboration solutions
  • Write and maintain internal documentation
  • Educate operations- and support team colleagues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online in an enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise in Exchange Server 2019 or higher and Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, hybrid configurations and troubleshooting
  • Very good PowerShell skills for automation and operational tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including its integration with Exchange (calendars, meetings, voicemail, Teams Rooms and calling)
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive and related Microsoft 365 and Azure services
  • Knowledge of identity and security topics such as Entra ID, Conditional Access and authentication flows
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Solid know-how in IT systems, networking and technical security as well as strong analytical and system-oriented thinking
  • Higher education degree in Information Technology area or similar qualification
