Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, impact-driven Microsoft Elevate Worldwide Copilot & Agents Go to Market Director to drive the Copilot go-to-market strategy as part of Microsoft Elevate—our company-wide initiative that brings together Microsoft solutions, skills, research, and philanthropic investments to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the education, nonprofit, and workforce ecosystems. In this role, you will lead the GTM motion for Copilot across these mission-driven sectors, accelerating AI diffusion and helping educators, humanitarian organizations, development agencies, and global partners integrate secure, trustworthy AI into their daily work. A core part of your remit is ensuring that our AI capabilities genuinely meet the needs of these organizations—grounded in product truth, customer context, and real-world use cases that improve learning, operations, and impact at scale. You’ll partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and business operations teams to turn strategy into clear execution plans, drive fiscal-year alignment, and deliver measurable impact for customers globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion the adoption of secure AI-powered productivity solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent-based workflows, to help nonprofits scale their impact
  • Lead the development of offers, programs, and investment strategies tailored to the unique needs of nonprofit organizations, with a focus on AI readiness and digital transformation
  • Serve as the principal advocate for AI Workforce in the nonprofit ecosystem, aligning internal stakeholders, partners, and field teams to accelerate adoption and usage
  • Drive partner-led growth by enabling a robust ecosystem of solution providers to deliver value through AI agents, Copilot Studio, and integrated Microsoft 365 experiences
  • Own and manage key performance indicators that reflect the health, reach, and impact of the Modern Work business across the nonprofit sector
  • Develop and orchestrate the business strategy for Copilot and AI agents across the K–12 and nonprofit sectors
  • Track the effectiveness of strategic plans to drive long-term, sustainable adoption and impact
  • Hold end-to-end accountability for performance, defining scorecard metrics and KPIs specific to AI adoption, agentic workflows, and customer impact in mission-driven organizations
  • Take a One Microsoft approach in partnering across senior leadership, ensuring alignment and clear decision-making to advance Copilot and agent-based transformation
  • Represent business outcomes in Rhythm of Business, monthly, and quarterly reviews—providing context, insights, and recommendations grounded in product truth and real organizational needs
  • Ensure field teams are fully prepared, trained, and supported to drive Copilot and agent adoption within their K–12 and nonprofit accounts
  • Serve as the primary orchestrator between corporate teams and the field, ensuring alignment on results, priorities, and required actions
  • Activate and strengthen the partner ecosystem to deliver agent-based solutions and Copilot-powered productivity scenarios tailored to schools, educators, nonprofit program staff, and global development organizations
  • Identify friction points or blockers in adoption and coordinate cross-functional resources to mitigate and accelerate progress
  • Create and orchestrate GTM strategies for Copilot and agent-driven workloads, working across sales, marketing, industry, customer success, and partner functions
  • Partner with the ecosystem to recruit, enable, and scale partners capable of delivering high-quality Copilot deployments, agentic workflows, and Copilot Studio solutions for K–12 and nonprofit customers
  • Define and analyze KPIs and scorecard metrics for AI Workforce transformation and AI diffusion within mission-driven sectors, ensuring investments are aligned with opportunity and measurable impact
  • Drive execution of GTM plans and growth strategies, ensuring teams understand the direction, resource alignment, and expected outcomes
  • Continuously assess GTM activity and impact, identifying opportunities for optimization and market share gains across the K–12 and nonprofit landscapes
  • Act as a leading spokesperson and evangelist for Copilot and agent-based AI transformation across the K–12 and nonprofit sectors
  • Leverage technical, product, and industry expertise to localize value propositions, refine messaging, and shape readiness content for internal teams and external audiences
  • Guide field teams on high-value customer scenarios, adoption patterns, and customer-specific opportunities—grounded in strong product truth and real organizational workflows
  • Lead cross-functional orchestration with engineering, marketing, industry, and partner teams to advance successful Copilot and agent adoption
  • Identify and cultivate whitespace growth opportunities for Copilot and agentic solutions across global education and nonprofit markets
  • Use deep knowledge of revenue goals, market potential, and AI capabilities to develop strategies that maximize customer impact and accelerate adoption

  • Maintain and expand expertise in the K–12 and nonprofit sectors, including policy trends, privacy frameworks, safety considerations, and domain-specific use cases for AI
  • Stay current on AI, Copilot, agents, and emerging technologies—representing customer insights and future needs to sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams
  • Serve as a sector thought leader, contributing insights to communities, partners, and field teams, and guiding colleagues on industry nuances and opportunity areas
