We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Developer to serve as a subject matter expert responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. This role focuses on building and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms, integrating them with other enterprise systems, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Define logical, technical, and physical architectures for Dynamics CRM platforms
  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet enterprise business requirements
  • Direct day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, monitoring, and customization of the Dynamics CRM environment
  • Gather and document requirements from non-technical business users and translate them into technical designs and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective CRM solutions
  • Develop and implement customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party applications, databases, and external systems
  • Assist with data migration activities to and from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to end users and development teams
  • Perform quality assurance, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet user and business needs
  • Support project planning, scheduling, release management, and deployment of new CRM features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • 3+ years of experience serving as a technical expert within an IT organization
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and web services
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and solutions
  • Experience with SQL, database management, and data migration techniques
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience building Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions from design through full lifecycle implementation
  • Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, workflows, and user interface customization
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint integrations
