Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, and integrations
  • Implement and customize Power Portal for external-facing CRM solutions
  • Build and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation
  • Integrate CRM with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and batch jobs
  • Handle solution movement across development, UAT, and production environments ensuring version control and integrity
  • Manage performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring for CRM applications
  • Utilize Azure Log Analytics and Application Insights for diagnostics and issue tracking
  • Debug and resolve issues at both front-end (JavaScript, portals) and back-end (plugins, workflows) layers
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and deployment processes
