Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft CRM Lead to drive end-to-end delivery and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing large-scale CRM projects across enterprise environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations
  • Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and integration with third-party applications
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to the CRM development team
  • Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues in collaboration with internal IT and vendor teams
  • Prepare technical documentation and support user training and adoption initiatives
  • Coordinate with global teams and ensure alignment with EST and CST working hours

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of total IT experience, including 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
  • Proven experience as a CRM Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure integrations
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, plugins, entities, and form scripting (JavaScript)
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead distributed teams and manage project delivery independently
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on W2 (no C2C / no 1099)

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Experience with enterprise-scale CRM implementations in manufacturing, healthcare, or financial domains
