Job Description

In this role, you will act as a specialist consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will contribute to the improvement, evolution, and implementation of IT solutions, primarily in the context of functional analysis, configuration, process optimization, and support for business teams. You will be involved in one or more projects covering, in particular, needs analysis, process definition and modeling, solution design, system configuration, functional testing, as well as support for user training and adoption.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze business needs and translate requirements into functional solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices, standard configuration options, and the impact of design choices
  • Participate in scoping workshops, process documentation, and the definition of solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Configure or support the configuration of D365 F&O according to approved functional requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, architects, and business managers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
  • Prepare or support functional testing, solution validation, gap management, and deployment support
  • Support key users in adopting the solution, including training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a functional consultant, functional analyst, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations specialist
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes and functional capabilities of D365 F&O
  • Demonstrated experience in mandates involving the implementation, evolution, or optimization of ERP solutions
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, document processes, and formulate clear recommendations
  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a project environment
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
