Job Responsibility
Design, build, and deploy Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities
Develop and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps that integrate with Copilot agents and enterprise systems
Implement and enforce Power Platform governance frameworks, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connector controls, and app lifecycle management
Partner with security, compliance, and tenant administration teams to align Copilot and Power Apps usage with enterprise standards
Define best practices for agent design, prompt engineering, and orchestration across Power Apps, Power Automate, and data sources
Enable scalable adoption through templates, reusable components, and documentation
Support production readiness activities including monitoring, audits, access management, and risk mitigation
Advise stakeholders on Copilot agent feasibility, architecture, and guardrails for responsible AI usage
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI experience
Experience working with interfaces and effectively communicating with colleagues from other projects, depending on the audience (technical and non-technical)
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors
Strong understanding of Power Platform data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs and custom connectors, and Microsoft 365 services
Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams, Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure services
Solid understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, with experience integrating AI into enterprise solutions
Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, hallucination mitigation techniques, and responsible AI principles
