Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver training in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, among others)
  • Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced)
  • Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning
  • Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of Microsoft 365 tools
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and best practices in using Microsoft 365

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a trainer in Microsoft 365
  • Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills)
  • Advanced mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools
  • Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication and didactics
  • Experience in the creation of pedagogical content
  • Valued experience in online training (Teams)

Nice to have:

  • Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills)
