Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Developer to strengthen our UAM Service Assurance capability within the VCI Operations function. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions that enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and improve enterprise service reliability. The role is based in Pune and works closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions across the application lifecycle

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade SharePoint Online and SPFx solutions using React and TypeScript
  • Administer SharePoint environments, including tenant-level configurations and governance
  • Build custom forms, workflows, and automation using Power Platform and SharePoint technologies
  • Develop scalable web applications with a focus on simplification and automation to reduce manual effort
  • Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure Runbooks
  • Manage application packaging, deployment, and release processes across Microsoft environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and plan deliveries
  • Work effectively within an agile team, managing individual deliverables while contributing to overall team success
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous enhancements for enterprise applications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solution design and delivery
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and SPFx using React and TypeScript
  • Confident in SharePoint administration and tenant-level configuration
  • Solid experience with REST APIs, CSOM, and JSOM integrations
  • Understanding of end-to-end application lifecycle management, from design through to support
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps-driven delivery models
  • Collaborative mindset, clear communication, and solution-oriented thinking
