Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Migration Specialist to support enterprise collaboration platforms, workflow modernization initiatives, and communication system transitions within a large transportation and logistics environment. This role will focus on improving internal collaboration tools, supporting business users, and helping modernize legacy platforms into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform workflows, and enterprise collaboration migrations. This person will work closely with business teams, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders to improve communication, document management, and workflow automation across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration environments including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and related tools
  • Assist with modernization and migration efforts from legacy collaboration platforms into Microsoft Teams and modern M365 environments
  • Support migration initiatives involving Webex groups, meetings, and communication workflows
  • Maintain and improve legacy SharePoint architecture while helping guide modernization strategies
  • Build and support Power Apps and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Support and troubleshoot InfoPath forms and legacy workflow processes
  • Partner with business teams to improve collaboration processes and document management solutions
  • Assist with CRM-related meeting integrations and migration of sales team collaboration workflows
  • Work with compliance and governance teams utilizing Microsoft Purview capabilities
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams on integration projects between business applications and Microsoft platforms
  • Provide user support, documentation, training, and process improvement recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing collaboration technology upgrades and enterprise modernization initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online and legacy SharePoint environments
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview or related compliance/governance tools
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and workflow automation
  • Experience supporting or maintaining InfoPath forms
  • Background in enterprise system integrations and migration projects
  • Experience working with Outlook and Exchange-related collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business process integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
