We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Sales Specialist to join our Cloud Practice team and help drive the adoption of Microsoft AI and cloud technologies across our partner ecosystem. This is a customer-facing, specialist role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for Microsoft’s CSP programme and AI Business Solutions, working alongside our Sales Account Managers to shape, accelerate, and close Microsoft opportunities. You’ll combine commercial awareness, technical credibility, and strong presentation skills to enable partners, support customers, and position Microsoft solutions as real business enablers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the subject matter expert for Microsoft’s CSP programme and AI Business Solutions
  • Support sales teams as a specialist overlay, owning Microsoft-related opportunities from discovery to close
  • Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and training for partners and customers
  • Evangelise Microsoft solutions including M365, Copilot, Teams, Security, and licensing
  • Enable partners through upskilling, certifications, and best-practice guidance
  • Shape customer opportunities by understanding requirements and recommending fit‑for‑purpose solutions
  • Create repeatable sales playbooks, processes, and best-practice blueprints
  • Manage and report on opportunity pipelines and performance
  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Represent the business at Microsoft programmes, industry events, and partner forums
  • Stay current with Microsoft updates, go-to-market programmes, and AI innovation, sharing insights internally

Requirements:

  • MS900 certification (or equivalent applied knowledge and experience)
  • Demonstrable experience working within the IT channel, ideally with an MSP, CSP, distributor, or Microsoft partner-led environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud concepts, and the CSP programme
  • A consultative approach with excellent listening, questioning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple customer and partner requirements concurrently
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, self‑driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting, demonstrating, and delivering enablement sessions to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel to partner sites, events, and meetings as required
