Job Responsibility:
Managing and maintaining all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related M365 services
Handling tenant configurations, licensing, and compliance settings
Developing and maintaining technical documentation, such as High-Level and Low-Level design documents, configuration specifications, and standard operating procedures
Providing 3rd/4th level support, managing the transfer of operations to L2 teams, and liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Ensuring adherence to internal security, governance, and data protection standards
Ensuring tenant alignment with Global IT for future migrations, hybrid deployments, and integrations
Integrating M365 with third-party applications and on-premises systems efficiently
Monitoring service health, performance, and usage metrics using Microsoft and third-party tools
Requirements:
Possess 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
Have in-depth knowledge in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Are skilled in using Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and understand hybrid identity models
Are proficient with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Understand M365 licensing models and integrated app management
Have a strong level of PowerShell scripting expertise
Excel in troubleshooting and analytical skills
Are capable of excellent interface and documentation management
Have a thorough understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles
Are experienced with supporting hybrid deployment and migration strategies
Are skilled in stakeholder management
Can work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Are adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Are comfortable working in an English environment
Nice to have:
Have knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security & Compliance Center
