Are you a Microsoft 365 expert ready to shape the future of the digital workplace? At HSO, we’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our growing team of technology innovators. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace environments. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic insight—requiring strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for mentoring others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and manage Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, DLP, and Information Protection policies to ensure secure collaboration and regulatory compliance
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to assess needs, define roadmaps, and deliver tailored modern workplace strategies
  • Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency
  • Migration Projects: Lead or support migrations to Microsoft 365, including tenant-to-tenant moves, mailbox migrations, and hybrid configurations

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and deployment
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Teams Voice, and SharePoint Online
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-only environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
