For our office in Skopje, we are looking for a motivated Microsoft 365 Automation Specialist (40 hours/week) to join us as soon as possible.
Job Responsibility:
Develop advanced PowerShell automation to configure, optimize, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants and environments at scale
Utilize Microsoft Graph API to enhance automation, integration, and system interoperability
Design, implement, and maintain governance policies, operational standards, and best practices for Microsoft 365 services
Ensure optimal configuration and adoption of M365 security and compliance capabilities (e.g., Defender, Entra security, Conditional Access)
Support and advise on networking, identity, and security-related configurations across the M365 ecosystem
Mentor junior engineers and researchers in Microsoft 365 administration, automation, and security practices
Requirements:
Completed IT vocational training or a related degree, with solid professional experience in IT engineering or administration
Deep, hands-on knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API, especially for automation
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, ideally including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, and Defender
Experience with networking concepts (DNS, routing, SMTP, authentication flows, identity protocols) as they relate to M365 services
Practical experience designing and implementing automated solutions, integrations, and security configurations within Microsoft 365 environments
Hands-on mentality with enthusiasm for solving technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex issues and driving process improvements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and guide others
Strategic mindset with the ability to align Microsoft 365 automation and security initiatives with broader business goals
Curious, motivated, and excited to work with new technologies and diverse customer scenarios
Fluent English skills (minimum C1)
Nice to have:
Microsoft M365 certifications or similar qualifications are a plus
