Job Responsibility:
Conduct optical microscopy imaging and analysis for research and production tasks
Maintain and calibrate microscopy equipment to ensure optimal performance
Support cross-functional teams with technical insights and training
Document findings and prepare clear reports for internal and external stakeholders
Troubleshoot imaging challenges and propose effective solutions
Promote safety and quality standards in all microscopy activities
Stay informed about new developments in microscopy technology
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as physics, materials science, engineering, or a related discipline
At least two years of hands-on lab experience
Experienced SEM/EDX Operator
Experience working in microscopy, preferably in a high-tech or semiconductor environment
Familiarity with digital imaging tools and laboratory procedures
Comfortable working in an international team
Ability to communicate findings clearly
Experience interpreting and reporting on data collected
Expertise in microscopy imaging and analysis techniques
Ability to operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work well in diverse, international teams
Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
