Job Responsibility

  • Conduct optical microscopy imaging and analysis for research and production tasks
  • Maintain and calibrate microscopy equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Support cross-functional teams with technical insights and training
  • Document findings and prepare clear reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot imaging challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Promote safety and quality standards in all microscopy activities
  • Stay informed about new developments in microscopy technology

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as physics, materials science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least two years of hands-on lab experience
  • Experienced SEM/EDX Operator
  • Experience working in microscopy, preferably in a high-tech or semiconductor environment
  • Familiarity with digital imaging tools and laboratory procedures
  • Comfortable working in an international team
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly
  • Experience interpreting and reporting on data collected
  • Expertise in microscopy imaging and analysis techniques
  • Ability to operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
