Job Description:

Manages Micron account in US to drive the business growth, customer satisfaction and build up the pipeline for NPI to keep up the growth momentum for the next 3 years.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages Micron account in US to drive the business growth, customer satisfaction and build up the pipeline for NPI to keep up the growth momentum for the next 3 years
  • Be able to work independently to get the result and be able to influence and work closely with cross-functional team to get the support needed for delivering the business result and customer satisfaction
  • Be able to develop the account strategy for NPI penetration and drive the execution together with product marketing team for the success
  • Have strategic thinking and good negotiation skill and strong execution for commercial closure
  • Be able to build the strong relationship and earn strong trust with customers for collaboration
  • Have integrated thinking to support the strategic development and decision making
  • Be responsible to provide the bottom up forecast and be able to work with planning for any adjustment promptly to fit in the dynamic of the market and industry
  • Support Global account team for the business success
  • Be responsible for the daily sale operation including customer escalation, business operation for quote, billing and payment
  • Timely response for both internal and external to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Master degree in technical subject with thorough experience or equivalent working and thinking level
  • Optional Business Administration or commercial education
  • Familiar with fab operation and having application background for semiconductor is the plus
  • 10-15 years work experience
  • Educational background in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Other technical backgrounds
